Thread: Just recieved my Murphy and Mcneil samples.

Based on the descriptions I picked his Trinity and Cat Sidhe soaps.
The Trinity is a Creed Aventus scent. It does smell very nice to my nose.
I will post up my opinions for anyone that cares to know. Have more soap than I need but always like to try samples to see if I find that next addition to my rotation.

Murphy & McNeil soaps rate right up there with the best soaps I have ever used, and I have used a lot of them. If you like the scents, you will love the performance of the soaps. The newer Eisteacht base soaps perform even better than the original base.

Used the Trinity last night.
Scent strength is medium. Which is good for a scent like Creed.
Glide is good.
The protection and post shave were in this first use were average/ok. Though this was probably my fault. Think I used too little product.
I will keep using the sample experimenting with the amount of soap and hrydration. To see if the protection and post shave improve.
This is a very good soap and if my theory is proven correct. Then an order will follow as I could see having this in my soap rotation.
FYI current rotation is:
Tabac
Cella block.
Wholly Kow multiple scents
Sudsey Soapery Cola with clay.
CRSW Glide multiple scent
Oleo multiple scents
Scheermonnik Dunderslag.
Ariana and Evans multiple scents.

Have used the Trinity a few more times. My hypothesis concerning the need for me to use more product. Appears to have been correct.
This is for me a good soap. The scent puts it over the top. The only thing keeping it from being put in my great soap category is the protection factor is not as good as some of my other soaps. It's good but not "great".
Mind you this is just my opinion. And it's a single factor in the quality of this nice soap.
