Hey, thats' cheating. Besides most of us can't carry an A/C on our backs when we're out and about. They used to sell (and still do) a personal mister you could carry and just aim it at your face. Of course they only work in these parts with single digit humidity. Otherwise they just make yer face wet.

I tend to have less shave irritation in summer as the cold air dries out my skin. Green Proraso is good summer and winter.

You've reminded me. One year I made a bar of ice using a plastic soap case, rubbed it on as an aftershave, very pleasant. Must do it again.

Thanked: 171I like citrus (orange, lime, bergamot) scented soaps and creams in the warmer months; enjoy balanced takes on menthol too, but find the brute force of Proraso too much “into your face” and no longer use Proraso, as over the years I have arrived at a range of products that just work better for me.
Generally; soaps, creams and aftershaves from Mediterranean countries, including Portugal, tend to work quite well in warmer temperatures.

Osma Shaving Soap infused with Alum, Shea Butter, great soap, leaves your face clean, crisp, and nice and cool with the pleasant tingle of the alum. :-)

I don't really make a conscious effort to change anything in the summer. I just go with what I feel like. However, that's not to say that what I feel like doesn't change through the seasons. I do find myself reaching for lighter scents in the summer. I don't really do the menthol soaps since I just haven't found any that I particularly like. I have Proraso but I don't think its all that great of a soap. So it gets very infrequent use. But as an example, today I used B&M Fern and Speick aftershave. Speick aftershave has a little cool in it but hardly frigid. Both the soap and the a/s are light and herbal.
