Thread: Proraso with Green Tea and Oatmeal

The Italian Proraso is a the right of passage for many newbie wet shavers. It's good stuff. Nothing spectular. I remember using it some years ago, the pre-post cream, shave cream and aftershave splash. This is the original Proraso with a heavy dose of eucalyptus. Eventually the eucalyptus gave me a headache and I moved on from this product.

In recent months I have enjoyed Proraso with green tea and oatmeal, what I call Proraso white. I really like this stuff. The fragrance is much softer than that of the original heavily laden eucalyptus. Proraso claims that the product is for sensitive skin. I have ultra-sensitive skin and a heavy beard, and by Jove this Proraso is really sweet on my skin.

The soap and cream lather well and have good cushion and glide. The fragrance is soft and soapy on the entire set. The Proraso green tea and oatmeal is part of my rotation now. Good stuff.
