Thread: ordered new soap

well i ordered some new soap and i was wondering if anybody knows about this stuff, probably should have asked about it BEFORE i bought it

if i dont like it no worries i also ordered a bar of colonel conk which i know i like (i just left my other bar back home in the states while i was on leave).

That's a Geo. F. Trumper soap, Trumper's is one of the good old English shaving companies, so you can be sure you're getting a good quality soap. Personally I don't care much for the sandalwood scent, but a lot of people love it.

I'm sure the soap will perform well. I have the Trumper sandalwood cream and while its not my favorite take on sandalwood, its still a nice product. I'm sure you'll enjoy the soap.

Trumpers has been around for over a century and is one of the fixtures in English barberdom (is that a word?)

I love their Violet and Lime creams. Have not tried their soaps but hear they are very nice.

I have the Sandalwood cream from them. really great stuff.

I have their Rose, Violet and Limes shaving soaps. It is a top performer.
