Proraso Styptic Gel
This is great stuff.
It stops the bleeding immediately and doesnt sting at all. I would highly suggest it.

in the classifieds. I think they sell it at classicshaving, though.

I also use proraso styptic, fortunately here in Italy isn't so difficult to find it in various shops.
