They have always replied to my email. The last time was about a month ago. It took about 3 days and then I remembered the time zone difference. I don’t know where you are located so I’m not sure if that is a factor or not.

What question are you trying to ask Mitchells?

I suspect someone on the forum knows the answer.

I don't really know but I'm wondering if they might have filters for specific locations due to...well terrorism for one thing which I wouldn't think would be an issue in your area but maybe more from the Middle East. Or Central Africa because of hacking or phishing concerns. I'm just spitballing. Who knows, maybe there is some hacking ring in that region and so they've blocked IP addresses from the entire area. I can't imagine what else it would be unless for some reason there's a connectivity issue. Hell, you are able to get through to post here.

Maybe do a security scan of your system. It's always possible that you have a virus or Trojan that is trying to attach itself to your outgoing emails which their firewall or antivirus software has picked up on.

What question do you want to ask? I can try sending them an email as well.

Using a Vulcan mind meld instead of an email might work.
