Yeah!! And remember, Mama Bear is a one-woman operation ... not like Colleen with a labour force ( yeah, a whole one person helping out ... ) and if and when "Stuff Happens" that can cause delays and what-not that a commercial operation wouldn't experience.
It just so happens that Mama Bear needed to be cut some slack this September. Now, I don't know all the details, and wouldn't go into it if I did, but just so people know that this September has not been a "typical" month for Sue.
(I hope that's okay, Sue ... )

The update for me: Through you folks' prompting, and a few exchanges of email with Sue, I've become convinced of Sue's caring for customers and business savvy . I've since been able to try her Cloves and tangerine soap (great stuff) and have ordered two other "flavors". She has more than earned my respect and business.
