Love the stuff!
It's an excellent lathering, lubricating cream. It's well worth its inexpensive price tag. I love it.
I've read many a post of guys who hated the scent. Not me. I find the light sandalwood fragrance to be less of an assault to my nose than most other sandalwood creams and soaps. It doesn't linger past the shave, so it doesn't interfere with any aftershave or cologne you may want to put on afterwards.

I don't like the sandalwood type scents in general, so I'm not a big fan of the scent, but that's just a personal preference. I thought the cream worked really well though, it made really nice lather and it's definitely good value for the money.

Thanked: 1587I like it - as others have said, it lubricates well and is good value for money. You certainly don't need much on the brush to get a lot of lather.

I used it for years and echo the opinions above. I don't use it anymore because there's other stuff I like better. That's just a matter of preference and not a reflection of the cream's quality.

Can we get some more intel on what exact cream you liked. I see a couple of brands up here in Canada.
I find the Body Shop caters to the women folk and the limited guy stuff is more what they think a man should smell like, which isn't a bad idea, if you can live with yourself smelling like that.

Thanked: 1I bought one tub of it and used it. It worked fine. As I recall, the price was similar to Taylor's of Old Bond Street. And since I prefer Taylor, I haven't used the Body Shop stuff again. But I think it's a matter of personal preference.
