The last puck I was able to get locally was Van DER Hagen which I liked okay but these days even that has disappeared. Maybe it's just my area.

I haven't used it myself but i have seen Wilkinson sword shaving soap in both a blue bowl and a black one that's vintage recipe apparently.

Their about $5 in Walmart Canada I think, I've also seen it in Shoppers the IDA and Loblaws.

The Wilkinson shave soaps in the tub are just OK but nothing to write home about. Their shave stick otoh is very good but might be discontinued.

There are quite a few inexpensive old soaps from Europe
LaToja comes to mind. Tabac also.

Well he bought a Van DER Hagen and ordered an Arko. So hopefully we'll have a new concert. Thanks all.

Lots of information. You can see what's available and check out Obie's opinion on them. I have feeling that he has tried them all.
