I am partial to citrus.....As a favorite, it's hard to say. The 'croaps' seem to be my faves.
As-said, Castle Forbes is great! Then, Trumper's Limes is tops too.
Oleo Pucker is a stout dose as is their splash. Great!
I think AOS essential oil of Lime is defunct. I bought 10 sample tubes last year to replenish my jar.
Let's not forget MDC Agrumes/citrus. Exquisite!
I cannot justify more soaps at this time but I bet there's more out there..."Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

So, SAD bit me (at least for the lime scent) and so far I've tried 3 lime scented soaps, Henri et Victoria due to the gracious hospitality of our friend Raol (thanks again buddy ), Castle Forbes and Colonel Ichabod Conk.
The Col Conk is by no means in the same league as the other two but all in all it's not bad as soaps go. In fact it's slick as a greased pig, it does has avacado oil and vitamin E. One thing I noticed about it is that even after shaving all the lather off you can rub back up a lather with wet finger and I would imagine a damp brush. The scent is okay but, again, not in the same league as the other two. I should preface that by saying that I lost my sense of smell years ago from those Zicam swabs...

...and it has only recently returned but only partly.
The Henri et Victoria and Castle Forbes are both fantastic soaps and, while pricey-er than some soaps they both make amazing lather and amazing ammounts of it with just a tiny bit used. Although I keep telling myself that I am imagining things I could swear that my shave was closer and kept longer before stubble returned......Maybe I just spent more time getting it closer since they were both great to shave with and made it quite enjoyable.
Between these two I think the H/V had a better scent, slightly. To me it smelled more like an actual lime and not similar to a lime. I felt like it lingered a bit longer too but that may be anecdotal as yet. As far as the quality of the soap (croap actually because that's what they both are) I feel the jury is still deliberating since the sampleof H/V is pretty small and may not be picked up as much by the brush as with using the full jar of the C/F. However, preliminarily it seems the Castle Forbes may lather and relather with merely dipping the tips of the brush in water a hair more.
I will have to give the Col. Conk props for its post shave skin feel. I may get an angry mob for this but honestly I think it beat out the other two just a skosh.
Thanks to all you enablers for infecting me with the dreaded SADIron by iron is sharpened, And a man sharpens the face of his friend. PR 27:17
