Default HELP!! My Tabac is swelling!

So yesterday's shave was great. I'd planned on using good ol' Tabac, so I did as I usually do and put a small palmfull of water onto the puck while I prepped.

Problem was, in a moment of indecisiveness, that beautiful bowl of Valobra almond stared up at me with sad puppydog eyes. (hadn't used it in a week!)

So I swirled up some Valobra instead, and had a great shave. Then this morning when I popped the top off my Tabac, it had actually swollen! it was flaky on top, a bit on the squishy side, and the lid actually wouldn't sit down like it should on the bowl without me squishing it into the soap!

I don't think this is by any means the end of the world, but was wondering if anyone else had experienced this. Is it bad to let soaps get too wet? (sounds silly right?)

thats why i let my soaps air dry. otherwise they get mushy/slimey which feels/looks kinda gross and makes them get used up faster

I have nothing constructive to add to this thread, but I've resisted for several days now...

The subject line seriously cracked me up. It sounds like a headline from WebMD.com.

When that happened to my Tabac one of the members told me to put it in the oven at the lowest setting with the door slightly open for a couple of hours. Works like a charm.

Thought you guys might like this one! It was a serious question, but I wasn't sure if it was worth asking until I thought of the title.
