L'Occitane shave cream and balm
Went and got a mini shaving set from L'Occitane today. I want to try the balm, but I ended up with a shaving cream as well - oh and there's a little sort of face cloth/pouch inside as well.
Hopefully, I'll be posting my review of it here soon.

Thanked: 9Best of luck.
From what I know, there are old-er batches that don't lather at all. I got one such sample - frustrating.
The new-er stuff supposedly lathers well though. Let's hope you scored some of that
Cheers

Tried the balm today. It was OK, covering my face rather well. It also felt rather 'thick' and creamy (which in my opinion makes it a good quality balm). I was a little disappointed with the scent though. Whilst it didn't last long, it didn't appear to be as good as I'd hoped - it was quite different compared to what I was expecting in terms of the Cade scent.
Anyway, details on the cream will follow on Tuesday.

L'Occitane shave soap is one of my most favorite shave soaps. The Aftershave splash is one of my go-to products. I haven't managed to use a small enough amount of the balm yet but it's very good IMO.
Enjoy!

Shaving cream
Well it turns out the shaving cream wasn't quite what I expected. I was hoping for something a lot more moisturising. Perhaps I have just gotten used to the triple-milled soap I know and love, but in any case this cream just isn't for me.
I've put it up in the for sale bit of the forum.Last edited by rum; 10-30-2007 at 09:14 AM.
