Hi there,
Not to hijack the thread, but I have a possible answer to that question. It might be that the author made a bit of a typo and might actually have meant to say it smells like a wet "ass bag", which is what the horses in large cities are forced to wear while pulling a carriage around town.
What's even 'tackier' than the smell are the decal advertisements for dog food stuck to the bag!

Those of you that havent had the pleasure of using Coates Tea Tree.....this will be a good....NO WAIT....a great alternative

I think I am allergic to Tea Tree... And developed an aversion to Sandalwood from Caswell-Massey...
