Thanked: 3Is it just Mama Bear soaps you're after?? If so, I recommend Dragons Blood, Dragons Tears or Sleigh Ride (if they're still in production).
If not, I recommend you try Mitchells Wool Fat soap.

+1 on Dragon's Blood, it smells great. Smoking is pretty good if that's your thing. I didn't care for the Ylang Ylang as it inexplicably smells almost exactly like an industrial cleansing agent we use at work but you might like it.

It really depends on what kinds of soap you prefer. Mama Bear's and Colleen's soaps are excellent glycerine based soaps. If you have not tried one, I would suggest you try a triple-milled soap such as Tabac, D.R. Harris or Trumpers. These soaps are top-notch and would be a change from what you have. Tabac is a great soap that runs about $20 if you buy it with the bowl. If you buy the puck alone it is cheaper. D.R. Harris is a great soap and you can check with vintagebladesllc.com for info on it. Trumpers is also very good and leesrazors.com has it in stock.

Thanked: 32If you're looking to try a few of the more expensive triple-milled soaps, you can buy samples of some of them from the store at the shave den. A couple weeks ago I picked up samples of Taylor Traditional, DR Harris Arlington, Kent (Mitchells Woolfat) and Valobra Almond. Much better than paying for a full bar if you're unsure about them.
