Thanked: 52MWF, TABAC, DR HARRIS or GFT Coconut
Of these four which would be the one you choose...I read so much great stuff of all of them I dont know what to choose. I dont want to buy all of them cuz then i will pick a fav and just forget about the others anyway.
Any opinions welcomed...
Thanks

I've only tried 2 of the 4, MWF and Dr Harris. I like them both as performers but MWF makes my face feel a bit like an oil slick. Dr Harris is my pick. Col Conks almond is another that I like well.

Dr. Harris gets my vote. Best lather and not too strong scent. Different scents to choose from. Good looking bowl.
MWF would be the next. Great lather too and soapy scent. Cheaper than Harris but still good value for money. Mediocre bowl (kent) and good looking (Mitchell)
Tabac instead of reading all the hype for how good it is I can't stand the scent. It lingers too long, overwhelms and is too sweet.
GFT coconut. I don't like much this stuff. Absolutely too dry lather which reminds me a LITTLE Williams soap but not so bad though. Heh. Not good value for money. Nice wooden bowl.

Thanked: 953DRHarris Arlington would be my call. Great performance, nice citursy scent.
DRHarris Marlboro is a nice take on sandalwood.
DRH, Tabac and MWF are all similar in that they are good tallow soaps, so you get great protection, cushion and glide. GFT is not tallow, and it's a little thinner and less protective (but great also). MWF has the lanolin thing going.
So I'd go either DRH, Tabac or MWF, and if I could only have one it would be DRH Arlington.

I've used 3 of the 4. I haven't used the Tabac so I can't judge that one but I would go with the Harris very closely followed by the Trumpers. The Woolfat is probably a notch below the other English soaps but still mighty nice stuff. I don't think you could really go wrong with any of them in the end.
