I have been using an uber lather with mama bears The Gentlemans refinery and 5 drops glycerin in a GP scuttle...

however i have been getting very thin and quick drying lather...do i just need more water...or could my scuttle be too hot...should i try cooler water in the scuttle...it just seems like i should be getting more lather than i am getting...

Or perhaps is the cream very low lathering...

Not sure...any suggestions...
