Mike is one of the funniest guys on this forums, because every time I read a post about his soap (read: TGQ) experiences, it cracks me up completely!
Besides that, he's also a very generous guy, as I came home last Thursday and found an evenlope with a puck of MWF!

I just cant help it guys, seriously and Im not trying to be funny lol. I opened the box from Colleen yesterday and first I saw the 2 new bowls and the are beautiful , the grain on then is just really nice, the grain on the bowl matches the lid. So whoever made them took the time to keep the wood together.
Secondly I bought some bath soap , Now my girlfriend had taken one from me so she could smell it and she said "Oh I like this one" and here I am with my finger and thumb still pinching it and pulling it back toward me like to take it back from her, I just didnt want to let it go. So then I go into my room so I can lay all my soaps out in a line and smell each one and count them to see how many I have, when I finally came out of the room I handed her a bath soap and told her she could have that one, She comes out of the shower the other night and tells me , "This soap melts away fast" What she doesnt know is that I have actually been using her soap as well.
Im sorry guys I just really like this soap.

These posts really made my day. I certainly don't feel so strange anymore. Although, I cannot say I have ever thought of licking my soap. Well, until now. Thanks for that disturbing mental image. lol Anyway, my intention was to ask about the microwave and how you get the smell out of it? I am all for the scents travelling throughout the house, but Im having a hard time kicking the lingering aroma out of my microwave. I tried cleaning it. I tried letting a bowl of water and lemon rotate for awhile. Nothing! Any tips?

Have you tried cleaining with a paste of baking soda and water or maybe just putting a box of baking soda in the mike overnight to absorb the smells.

I havent had that problem with the scent in the microwave, I stand there and watch through the glass and actually shut it down before it totally melts then I open the door and put it on the counter top and it continues to melt . Then I stand there and wave my hand over it to bring the scent to my nose, ....lol

I've done the same. I cannot say I have mastered the art of watching through the mircowave door, though. Although, I will have to try this next time. I have a bowl of baking soda sitting in there right now. Waiting to see what results it brings, come morning.
