Cool The results of the Great Lime Shoot-Out are in

    Chaps,

In the name of science, and because the gentlemen at The Different Scent kindly provided me with all required samples, I have been test driving the major brand lime creams for you. The results can be found in the review section. The winner is Castle Forbes lime, of course.

Mind you, all of this is highly subjective, and if you're happy with your cream, that's perfect.

Small note: If you wish to add member reviews do not forget to add ratings.

    Enjoy,
    Robin

Excellent reviews, Robin, thanks. I've only tried the CF, but really...that's enough, isn't it? Once you've tried CF limes, you've pretty much reached lime nirvana....
(Connaught Sicilian Limes is pretty good, too, though...)

I have yet to try any of them, so yay me. I have them all ahead of me. I might just restrict it to the top three though.

I've only tried the Castle Forbes myself, and you'd have to pry it from my cold dead hands (cue image of Charleton Heston - late in life gun nut Charleton Heston that is).

    Cheers for the reviews!

    Cool

Thanks a bunch, guys. It's been a lot of fun. I'm currently working on a similar exercise for lavender scented creams... http://straightrazorpalace.com/shavi...ing-cream.html

CF is my favorite limes cream, but I also really liked Coates Lime, as the lather it made was amazing.
