    Default Italian Shaving Cream

So I bought some of this "Crema Di Sapone" stuff from a place that sells nice shaving supplies the other day. It was like, 14.99 and I thought it would be a good upgrade from the Williams' soap.

But I lathered the stuff up last night and when I'd apply it with the brush it'd be suitably foamy for a minute or two, but after that it would literally disappear from my face! I'm wondering where it goes and if I'm doing something wrong or not.

Anybody else have any experience with this stuff?

I guess no one has heard of this mysterious cream of mine.

No experience with it, but try adding more of the cream....sounds like it may be a bit thin.

I suspect that it goes to the same place that the other sock goes to when you wash your clothes.

Seriously though.. I suck at using shaving soaps, that same thing always happens to me. Solution? I use the creams.

    Hi,

I am currently testing the same soap. To get a decent lather if have to do more movements with the brush, on the soap as well as on the face. This soap is capable of giving a very thick and nice lather, but it really requires more lathering work than most other soaps I have tested so far.
