Default Shaving soap and cream from TGQ...

I placed an order the end of last week for a few samples at thegentlemensquarter.com.

Got a sample of the Highlander, Creme' de Campagne in the cream, and Blackberry Sage in the soap.

I haven't even had a chance to try them yet, but upon opening the package all I have to say is WOW!

I was greeted by a whiff of what I later identified as the Blackberry Sage, and I'll tell ya, it smelled good enough to eat!

I am going to try these out tonight, but just going on the first impression of the scent, these smell FANTASTIC!

I will have to wait until I try it, but the only thing I wish would be for TGQ to do the Blackberry Sage in a cream (a lot more appealing for me than soaps.)

I have this feeling that I'm gonna love all of these, and for the price, would suggest that if you haven't tried them, to check them out!

I plan on adding to this post once I try them out

Shaved tonight, trying each of the 3 samples I got.

LOVED the Blackberry Sage! Fantastic smell, and the soap was great

Used the 2 creams as well, and they smelled amazing as well! Think my technique to work up the creams needs to improve a little, as it was a little thin, but other than that, GREAT products!

I might have to try the other scents in sample form, but good googlymoogly, so far, I love them all

    *sigh* I'm gonna end up with a collection, I know...RAD? HAD? How about SC(shaving cream)/SS(shaving soap)-AD

The lovely smells are too much! I can't wait til I shave next

Just got my samples from TGQ today and haven't tried them yet but man does the box smell good,I got Leatherneck,Cavendish Black, and Highlander all in cream.I haven't quite learned to work soap yet.But Colleen threw in a sample of Oak & Moss bath soap and some Orange Patchouli shaving soap samples for free.It just don't get better than that.I haven't tried the products yet,but if they're half as good as the service and generosity I'll be a lifelong customer

I've been using TGQ Cavendish Black and Leatherneck SS for about a week now. What you say about the box it comes in is sooooo true. I really like the Cavendish Black. Tried the Leatherneck last night, the wife commented the bathroom smelled like a barbershop . Both soaps are excellent. I got the Desert Ironwood too but haven't tried it yet.
