    Default Classicshaving

Today I shaved with classicshaving soap (sandlewood) in my shaving scuttle. I also used a shot of feather preshave (also purchased from classic). I forgot how good classic soap is. I got a great lather and hense a great shave. Lately I have been so hung up trying the 3 T's samples that I forgot what great stuff we have locally.
I also missed using my scuttle which makes the entire process really cool. When I use it I feel I am back in Victorian England. Weird I know, but this is a great way to shave.

I LUV my ClassicShaving brand Vanilla soap, great lather and smell too. Still at my 2-nd cake from that large three-pack I got in May... But now rotating through my other soaps and cremes, I am glad they are gonna last longer...

p.s. I'ts not so locally for me, I had to fly it halfway through the world

I could not get much of a lather with the classicshaving soap. The water here is very hard and the lather was weak and disappeared quickly. Even the "Rivivage" european shave soap did not make much of a lather. Taylor of OBS and GEO F Trumper make a nice lather even with this hard water.
