    Default Kiehl's Brushless Shaving Cream

I'm wondering if there is anybody else out there that thinks this is the best shaving cream period, besides me. As far as closeness and cushioning there is just nothing i can find that is even close. Every time I go back to this shaving cream i'm just amazed at what good of shave i get.

I use a Merkur D/E Razor with Feather Blades and I have a good Silver Tip Badger Brush. Now, I really enjoy using a shaving brush and a really good shaving cream like Truefitt & Hill among the many high end shaving creams that i have. Currently, my favorite is The Gentlemens Refinery Black Ice (if you haven't tried it, put is on your list for high-end shaving creams to try), but nothing comes close to the Kiehl's Brushless Shaving Cream for closeness. I just shaved for the first time in 3 days (holiday break) and i used my kiehl's and it was like i had been shaving everyday. It was very easy, no pain nor irritation and i got a closeness that i cannot get from anything else.

Now I really enjoy using a brush with a good shaving cream that 's the only reason i don't use Kiehl's everyday, but I just can't figure out why it get's so many bad reviews on shaving forums? Yes, it's kinda of different and no you cannot use a brush, but i haven't found anything even close to the cushioning, slickness and comfort of this shaving cream.

    Just my opinion,
    Craig

I prefer something like Proraso or SCS for my SR shaves. However, I usually go to the gym two days a week before work and have to use my Mach3 to shave there. Here's where I find Kiehl's incredibly handy. You don't need a lot of it, and you're right the slickness (is that a word?) and comfort are incredible. This will certainly maintain a spot in my gym bag
