Thumbs up Am I doing something wrong?

I have been reading reviews and threads about Al's "The Bomb" .
Most of what I read is the lather takes a little longer than most to whip up.
What am I doing wrong as I get lather within seconds of starting to whip it up. I smear some thinly on bottom of bowl and have whatever amount of water is left in brush after soaking, I do not shake it out. Works for me no problem!!!!!!!!! THANKS AL.

Only the dense Bomb is "harder" to lather. A better word is "different" to lather, basically because it is fairly hydrophobic, loading the brush takes extra time. The rest of the process should be identical. It used to be that most people would request a super dense Bomb but that trend is changing. I do tell people that insist on having the super dense Bomb that I prefer the regular version myself. In summary, I do not think that you are doing anything wrong.
