I got this email today about the soap:
okay I've been working on a shaving soap for Cheryl's Josh! It smells so freaking awesome, imo!!! I've ordered the mugs and brushes for the shaving soap and these will be ready to ship out in about 2 weeks!!! I'm so freaking excited!!! The scent is a mixture of Lavender EO and tropical fruits and gingery spices. It is not too masculine or too feminine so that it's very neutral and can be used by any one!!! It does have just a touch of lanolin in it (OY is lanolin ever hard to work with!)
I'm soooooo excited though it's going to be great!!!!!
We will not be getting mugs and brushes of course, but it sounds like we will get to try the full sized soap. I am still waiting on an exact price but I still expect it will be under $5.00 including shipping.

Please count me in...I'm always looking for new things to try.
And as I live in Europe I'd be happy to simply pay for the postage (which shouldn't be too expensive as long as you ship it by normal post services and not through expensive couriers.

Thanked: 4I'd like to give it a try, too
I have used some very nice soaps, but I usually find that when I want to buy more, the supply is gone. I'd like to find a good soap at a reasonable price, and I don't mind ordering online to get what I want.
If I may, I'd love to sample her soap, and I'll be very willing to give honest feedback on her site.

Thanked: 4My main hobby is living history, and in pursuit of that hobby I tend to find a variety of hand made soaps (including some goat's milk soaps) at trade fairs and other gatherings of living historians.
I've bought some nice lavender soaps, the goat's milk soaps, and a couple of other nice herbal soaps, but because of the small volume these folks make (and the fact that I might not see them agin for a year), it's hard to keep the same soaps available.
Being able to buy a good goat's milk soap, and being able to replentish my supply when I need to, would be pretty nice for me.

yes it is. Last I heard the soaps were in production and that they should be ready in a few weeks. That was probably 3 or 4 weeks ago, so I am expecting to hear something any day. She promised she would tell me as soon as they are done.

JLS,
I'd be interested in trying out and reviewing this soap. Please include me if there's room. I'm originally from Phoenix, so the company name & soap names are already a hit with me.
