Headslick shaving cream
while I was out picking up my aftershave I saw this and thought I would grab it and try it out.. heck why not?
it is mentholated for that.. uh.. chemical burn feeling??????
I have used menthol shaving foam but WOW I have never used anything that had so much menthol in it in my life it was like sticking my face in a boiling pot of halls cough drops.
Did it do what it claimed.. slick shave?? YES the slickest I have had to date.. uh that isnt much of a statement from me but still.
Did it invigorate with its mentholly goodness?? well it was invigorating thats for sure.
nice close shave .. but I think I will just use this one when I am REALLY prepared to wake up in a hurry or when I am so congested I think I may just die soon.

Hadn't heard of it before, but maybe it's stronger because it's intended for use on bald heads?

Thanked: 198Ive used this
i used to use this product, untill i found this group of well shave gents. IMO i would not use this product again, i liked the cool feeling it gave me, i noticed that my scalp got really dried out, that was something i really didnt like. that is my 2 cents worth.

I use it with thier headblade. It took way to long early in the a.m. to get my head and face with my straights. It does, like BMad said, dry your scalp a bit. For me it's a bit of a blessing though. 15 minutes after may shave is over the dry skin is looong gone. I've never tried it on my face. I tend to use Colleen's soaps.

Their cream can be found at Kmart or Walmart for what about $6? It's acutally very good stuff. Lathers with a brush great! I use it myself. I got it on clearance one day and it's remained in my rotation ever since. It says for the head or all over, I think. Something like that. To me, the menthol feeling blows Proraso or Bigelow out the water.

Thanked: 199I use this as well in my rotation, and I have to recommend it completely.
The menthol makes my face tingle and feel great, and a tiny bit placed on my pre-soaked brush whips up on my face in no time with a nice lather.
Pick it up if you guys like menthol!
