    Default Geo F. Trumpers

    Hey guys,

Got to use some of my samples from Geo Trumpers. Here is my review. The skin food is awsome going to get some more of this stuff and I highly recomend to all you fellas out there.

Rose shave cream...I found the rose to not lather very well, very light in consistency I also found it to dry rather quickly even with the amount of water used. It has a nice fragrance, gave good shave.

Sandlewood shave cream... I found this to lather better than the rose, had a thicker lather that lasted a bit longer. I also like the aroama better. You really can't smell it until you lather. This is what I used today while shaving. Got a fairly close shave with this.

I haven't gotten to use the lime shave cream yet but it is next on my list. And I will add to this post when I do use it.

I got some of the Trumper's Skin Food (Coral) while I was in SC. That was the only flavor they had. I like it, though. It's a tossup, but I think I like the Col. Conk's shave soap the best I've tried so far. I'm using the Bay Rum now. ClassicShaving's sandalwood soap is the best smelling by far, but I think the Conk's lather lasted the longest.

    Keaton,

You are spot on about the Skin Food. The Limes Skin Food is also a great product. Although I am not a fan of rose scents, the Coral is definitely my favorite, and I just picked up a bottle, something I never thought I would do.

A full bottle's a bit spendy, though, isn't it? I couldn't believe the price when I got it, but I'd heard such rave reviews about the Skin Food I just had to try it.
