That said, I think Mama Bear Soaps has a line of "essential oil only" soaps. I haven't tried them myself, but I've heard good things about them.
I have Mama Bears Patchouli Essential Oil Soap and love it. I also have two other EO scents. Mama Bears soaps have a good reputation, so I bought some and have been very pleased with them. I did go for the 100% Natural EO line. I didn't see the Patchouli EO offered anymore as a Patchouli only type - Too bad I didn't buy more of it. The scent really grew on me.

I think most of these soaps which claim being organic or natural or whatever just contain enough of these materials so they can make that claim but in the end they still contain the usual soap ingredients.

You can try haslinger soap. It's herbal soap. Shavmac sells them and they are quite good.

The ingredients in the EO mamabears are "all natural." They are the only soaps I would use at this point as every other ingredient list has something in it that I don't like. Yes, it is impossible to avoid all harmful/toxic chemicals, irritants and carcinogens all of the time, but I try to do it as much as possible.

Right now I have the Mamabears Tradewinds, Dragon's Tears and Cocoa soaps and I love them. I also have her aftershave balm.

Actually, it is impossible to avoid all chemicals anytime since all matter is made up of chemicals.
