Thanked: 522Soap recipe upgrade
I have been using a mixture of CREMO, Glycerine and Mineral Oil for sometime now. A few days ago I found an old bottle of Alberto VO5 Conditioner in my closet and mixed some into my soap mixture. Works quite well.

I quite often use conditioner as a beard prep in the shower. Just rub a load in, wait a minute and rinse it out, and it really helps soften the beard for the shave.

you are welcome.. keep in mind that baby oil pretty much is mineral oil.. albeit a lighter version.

Thanked: 522I don't mind the mineral oil but as you accurately pointed out, there is a definite difference in viscosity.
Thanks again Vic............JERRY
