The Trumper people were kind enough to send me a "first one's free" sample of their shaving creams in the mail; one Sandalwood, a Violet and a Lime.

Of these three, I definitely like the Sandalwood the best. So I went to their website to see about ordering one of their "screw thread pots" of the stuff.

Here's what the checkout invoice reads:

Soft Shaving Cream - Sandalwood - screw thread pot - 200g: £ 13.50

Delivery Charge to Canada: £ 22.38 (!!!)

Total: £ 35.88

£ 35.88 GBP equates to $74.3302 Canadian.

Woah. I sure did like the stuff, but man -- that's a hefty price to pay for some cream.

So my question to those of you who are wise in the ways of shaving creams is whether there are any other avenues I should be exploring? Any cheaper, equally as luxurious lathers out there?

If any of you guys have a lot of nice creams and would like to part with some, I'd be willing to trade a nice 5/8 "Spike" wedge.
