Thanked: 102Coate's Shaving Cream
I just found out that Coate's Shaving cream is once again available. It is one of the best creams I have used.
As I understand it the first offering will be Green Tea cream.
I have not used this but many years ago i used other scents and they were excellent.

This is great news. I'm a big Coates Lime fan, or at least I was when I could still get it. Thanks for the post.

I tried a couple of scents, Coates Almond and Lime not too long ago, but I don't think they were as good as what I remember from years back. I would be curious about how this new formulation will fair.

From what I gather The Gentleman's Shop bought the Coates name and all the surplus pots etc. They have introduced the special edition tea tree with rosemary and will be reintroducing the entire line and more. When Robert has commented on it I think he even suggested a whole line oof Coates merchandise from shaving paraphernalia to other Gentlemanly needs. I seem to recal the mention of a tea service set or some such. But it is supposed to come gradually, as such an endevour, I am sure, is quite daunting.
I tried the new cream (having never tried the old I can't compare it) but an nice as it smelled and as nice and slick as the lather was, It irritated my skin and I had to pass it along. I too look forward to the new additions to the line in the upcoming months and years.笑う門に福来たる。
