Default First shave with Arizona Goat Milk Soap

I tried the Arizona Goat Milk Shaving Soap this morning.

I didn't get a very thick lather, so I didn't get much protection, but my skin felt well lubrticated when I wshed the soap off. I'll try again, of course, but I'll work harder on getting a good lather first.

That's funny, I used the arizona goat milk aftershave for the first time today. Really liked it. I used Colleen's Lemon Verbena soap to shave, though. Good stuff!

The soap has a learning curve to is, its not very forgiving, but when you get it right its just wonderful. Its the only soap I really use anymore (although I am in the market for a good coconut scent). It helps me if I really dry my brush out and just wet the soap then add a few drops of water here and there to the brush until I get the right consistancy.

I love this goats milk soap, and have found the best to get a rich lather is to use VERY hot water on the brush. I microwave water in an old coffee mug and dip/soak the brush. This has made all the difference for me.
