    Default Average soap size?

    Hi all,

I am on the road again and found a cool wood bowl with lid, made from rose wood. It matches my wood shave box. I got it but didnt think to see if my soap would fit in it first.

So since I am away from my standard soap, how big round and tall is an average puck of soap. I use Williams and Mitchel's wool fat. I think they are about the same size.

Thanks, hope they fit. Will find out in a couple weeks when I get back home.

If you like the bowl, you can make any puck of soap fit with a little trimming with a knife.

Ya I thought of that. Its not so much how big around it is, its how deep the soap is, the lid has a substantial lip to it, want to see if it will sit flush on the wood dish and not the soap.

It nothing else, break out the knife.
