    Default Not super, not uber...

    I'm grasping for some terminology. Many times I add a bit of glycerine to shaving soap (no cream) or to some shaving cream (no soap). So it's two thirds of an uberlather either way. What to call it... what to call it...

    By the way - this works really well.

    Cool

    Slick Soap = Soap + Glycerin
    Slick Cream = Cream + Glycerin
    SuperLather = Soap + Cream
    UberLather = Soap + Cream + Glycerin

    Is what I had learned

    ps: Not all Glycerin based soaps take kindly to added glycerin, on some it kills the lather

    My dear gssixgun:

    You are a poet, sir. I have tried some of those mixtures and they do create luxurious lather.

    What fun.

    Cool

    Why Thank you Obie,
    I hate to destroy your high opinion of me, but I must tell the truth, I did not invent any of those names...
    I simply categorized them, and qualified them into groups some years back...

    And of course experimented like a little mad scientist making different concoctions in my own personal lab (shave den) of vast quantities of lovely lather... Muhahahaha
