My favorite soap shop
Hello everyone,
My wife found this place when I started looking for straight razor shaving supplies and I've fallen in love with the soaps this very talented saponifier creates. Her Etsy.com shop is full of beautifully scented, marvelously smooth soaps, fancy facial hair waxes and pre-shave oils and exfoliates. Please visit Madam Scodoli for some of the best shaving soaps you'll find anywhere at very reasonable prices! I currently have bars of her Sandalwood and Mahogany, a warm and pleasant scented soap that leaves you smooth and smelling classy all day long, and her Laudnum(black tea and pipe tobacco) soap that really wakes you up with a gentle tingling sensation and a fresh feeling that lasts for hours. At $6.00 for a 6.0oz bar this is a great deal and these bars really last. I got mine in December and I've barely scratched the surface even with daily shaves. Support local vendors and buy the best!
Happy shaving,
Patu

Just took a look at her shop... I love the style and the scents sound right up my alley! I love how the perfumes/scents are in a waxy/balm carrier. Again, right up my alley.
Thanks for the recommendation! Would have never heard of it or, found it for that matter.

looks good - how 'bout a more direct method to purchase?
As one who hates one more dang place that want you to 'register free', I'd like to find a way to purchase without the etsy account. Anyone find a way to do without etsy?

Nope... I had to register. It only took two minutes and I have to say that I really like everything etsy has to offer. It was worth it for me because I can see me doing some shopping there from time to time. It will be a good place to go for gifts and stuff when it comes time...

I've got to agree with Rusty on this one. Etsy is not only a great place to find handmade and refurbished shaveware at really reasonable prices, the amount of amazing goods on the site MORE than make it worth spending a few minutes making an account. Everything from hobby craft tea cozies to master artisan crafted furniture. Art, crockery, clothing, gifts, jewelry, the works. It's a great place for the eccentric shopper and flea-market attendee. Plus, where else can you find Gin & Tonic Soap?
