Default Any fans of Cella shaving soap?

I was sent a sample of Cella shave soap along with my new razor, and I liked the shave I got with it, and it has a nice almond scent to it. It is called Cella Crema Da Barba, and it is not overly expensive either. I am wondering if anyone else has tried this shave soap? I decided to buy a container of it

Cella is the best of the best available,I buy it by the Kilo, cheap at about 40 bux.
The other Italian soap that is, IMO even better Is P 160,they stopped making it about 6 mos ago
but it still turns up now and then,a must try shaving soap.

I think Cella is great stuff. Easy to lather, good glide, face feels nice after, inexpensive.

Never tried Panama Boellis, does it have less of a "tallowy" smell than Cella? Personally my skin has a great affinity to these italian soft soaps and I have to say that Cella played a great part in allowing me to improve my technique with a straight without too many scars to show for it. Interestingly enough, I find that I prefer Cella when using a straight razor but less so when shaving with a DE. Can't imagine how long a brick of the stuff lasts... even the small red container lasts for ages!

I like it. It gives great shaves and has a very reasonable price.

My friend... Cella is a classic that has been in production for over 100 yrs! It is a great product and thats why it has been in production for so long... It is my 2 go product... If you like almond scented soaps/creams you might like mama bears soaps! My fav of there like is amaretto! Lathers great and the scent is similar to italian creams!
