I got mine at the pharmacy, here it's called Glycerol, 200 ml for about €6, guess it'll last me 5-6 months in total since I use it for every shave.
I think the section was "random-multiple-application-stuff-which-we-could-not-be-bothered-to-specify-and-index-such-as-glycerol-for-preserving-plants-and-flowers".
