I got some proraso about 2 months ago and have been using it during the summer heat. What a refreshing way to start the day! About 3 weeks ago I was watching a guy make lather on a video, can't remeber which one. But he said when you think you have enough water add some more, if the soap doesn't rinse off of your blade easily you don't have enough water. After taking that advice my shaves have been fantastic due to the extra water content in the lather! BBS all the time. I also use the pre/post cream and it helps too. Just can't say enough good stuff about these two products. Oh yeah, I use the soap.

Cheers for the post, I thought there was something wrong when room temp tap water wouldn't wash the lather/hairs off my blade! Half sliced my finger trying to clean it off. So simple a solution
