I've also heard about adverse reactions to lanolin, but it must be fairly rare as I've never heard anyone claim that Mitchells Wool Fat was bad for their skin. Quite the opposite, actually.
So yes, my vote goes to MWF.

I must say I never got on with MWF (Kent), possibly due to the lanolin. But I had a new puck delivered today, so maybe it will be third time lucky? Been straight shaving since late 2005, so perhaps it's about time I got to grips with this soap. My face is very fussy too...
