Still searching for the perfect soap and AS treatment, decided to splurge a bit on the CADE soap / AS combo.

Bowl is nice but if the company went to as much trouble as it did, it might as well have had a screw top so that it could be used for travel... Scent of the soap to me is GREAT and my wife loved it too. My silver tip produced really nice and fragrant warm lather very easily. It DID NOT IRRITATE my skin. I am loving this for now! Cheap it is not, by my standards, even for just the refil. But if I get no irritaiton it is worth it. For some reason, lubricity is GOOD but below the soap's other features (scent, mildness, ease to lather)

Juniper CADE aftershave is also one of a kind and my wife said its "manly" - as compared to some of my other later acquisitions. Despite the fact that it has alcohol, it is VERY MILD on the skin and I love this too.

Conclusion: For now, this is my favorite "shave rich" combo.
