Thanked: 9Honeybee chamomile soap
This arrived yesterday and I had to try it. No shaving (waiting for 3 or so razors today, so wanted to have more growth )
The chamomile scent is not what chamomile in my country of birth smells like. Maybe the difference was caused by the other ingredients in the soap...
Lather was VERY easy to build with my fav brush (Burma Shave boar) and had nice consistency. Stayed moist and rich for a long time. I kept it on my face for 10 min to see if there would be a skin reaction (my skin is sensitive) As nothing happened, I am assuming it's ok. I had mounds of foam, so this time I decided to leave it in the bowl (with a top) as an experiment. This morning I found a large amount of foam in the bowl. Of course, It had changed but it is still fluffed and all... I think this shows the lather is good (but what do I know...)
So, my scorecard:
Cost ~$4 (w/ 4 ship) if you order 3 you save on shipping
Lather 10
Lubricity 9 - 10
Scent 7
Skin tolerance 10
As I am focusing on skin tolerance, this one will definitely be used often in my rotation. However, does not come close to the scent of L'Occitane CADE for me.
I am finding several soaps I like / can tolerate and I love this!!! Lots more to try though
Cheers
