You work that close to Pasteur's? Your wallet is doomed! It is a great store with very reasonable prices. And yes they carried MWF as well the last time I was there. They also have a location further up Lex. The best thing is, you can smell most of the stuff before you buy as long as you're not cracking any seals.

Glad you like the Tabac. It is really nice stuff.

Just a few Dovos and DEs. They carry Simpson brushes, too. But just wait till you see the wall of shave product.

as far as weapon it depends on the situation and task. Usually a pistol and SBR.
For soap/cream an uber of MDC/TOBS, Penhaligans etc. or RazoRock Limited aritisan with same cream can't be beat.

I'm only a few months in, but I'm learning quickly. So if I find myself in the "leave it" camp, what other mildly scented (Bay Rum works!), or non-scented soaps give the kind of lather I got with the Tabac? I LOVED the feel of the lather, but I didn't prefer the scent and my wife, well, let's just say didn't prefer I remain in the house for a bit... :-o But the lather--very nice, and unique to anything else I've tried (which isn't much!) SRD unscented glycerine, Proraso (iffy on the scent there also), and some small-maker Bay Rum pucks off of eBay i really like. I had high hopes for the Tabac but it's definitely on it's way out...

    Thanks!

Mitchell's Wool Fat, hands down, not only as a lightly scented soap but as a top performer, period. But if you have your heart set on Bay Rum then Ogallala is your best bet.
