    Default To us Americans.

There's been a big issue lately in the US to be buying American anything.. Mattresses, home appliances, etc. TO those of you out there that live in the USA I'd like to see a list of American made soaps you love and adore.

What's on your list of American made soaps? What do you use daily that's made completely in the great US of A?

    I'll start:

I usually don't use Glycerin made soaps but today I found a local maker here in NY (Actually today) by this company:

Beacon bath and bubble. From Beacon NY, it's a cruelty free made soap that lathers well and smells great

Shaving Products I've only used the frankincense soap so far, but if it is any indication, all the others will be just as good. Doesn't give a thick cushion but has more than enough glide. The scent is very long lasting. I usually don't use any kind of AS after using this soap.

If I remember correctly, she only ships on Thursdays. Ordering on a Tuesday or Wednesday should get you normal shipping times.

    Disburden,

Like Obie, I'm not a fan of the DIY approach to suds, but I have to give the devil his due. The Uber recipe

is the only thing I've found to outperform Provence Sante. A local store carries both products, but told me they were made in Calif. 'CAn't say I've experienced better suds.

Here is a website devoted to products made in the USA.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I like using VDH as well as Col. Conk soaps. I need to get some of the SRD soaps to try out.
