Thanked: 48Products vs Ingredients
I have recently started a spreadsheet aimed at helping people quickly identify shave products and their ingredients in hopes of preventing one to purchase a product that doesn't agree with them (allergies) or they do not agree with (organic/natural/whatever).
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...GticzAwN2pKWVE
Please feel free to update the spreadsheet with new products or any improvements. It would be nice for someone more knowledgeable then me who could better identify the common names for the various ingredients and perhaps include a short statement about the use for the ingredient, eg. moisterizer. It might also be nice to add the consensus SRP review rating and price per gram (or shave?) under each product as well.
Currently there is one sheet for soaps and one for creams but it would be nice to add sheets for pre and post shave products as well. Ingredients are alphabetical, perhaps products should be as well.

Thanked: 1195I agree, great idea. I've never had an adverse reaction to a soap or cream, but I can see how this would help those that do have issues. Keep up the good work!

Thanked: 48was thinking to sub-divide the ingredients into maybe 3 groups (or perhaps by color) to indicate natural or synthetic and maybe also color to indicate potential for causing allergic reaction. I would say about half the soaps I have bought cause me some reaction. I have learned I am allergic to at least lavender, rosemary, sandalwood, and possibly tallow.

Thanked: 48yeah I loaned it to Moosiker for now until I sort out how to dilute it enough to keep it comfortable with my unscented. was thinking maybe to grate the rest up and divide it into samples for everyone who comes to the meetup we are throwing here in atlanta Feb 4-5. you should fly down for it and pick up your sample
