Thanked: 1185I'm also a huge Arko fan. The first time, I too was surprised at how the lather seemed to just explode onto my face. Other shavesticks? Speick is also the dogs bollocks. Palmolive is also quite good. I've meant to try Tabac and Irisch Moos but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I love My Arko shave stock which was gifted to me by our own Alb/Adam.
Looks like I'm going to have to request some shave sticks for my birthday!

With all this talk about ARKO I had to order one today. All I have used to this point is puck/bowl type soap. It sounds like the sticks can be molded into a cup. Is there any advantage to leaving it as a stick?

Got Tabac and Irsich Moos Shave sticks today - all you do is rub on your face after you shower...and then use the brush...lather abounds (YLMV - your lather may vary).

Thanks for the info Moose. It sounds like this stick type shaving soap would be an easy to handle travel soap as well.
