    Good Morning Damon,

I Thank You for that kind reply. I thought you sent me an excellent review and were very honest in your opinion of my products. On some things I did well and on some others...well, just so, so.

I am one of those folks who believes that there is always room for improvement, not just in my products....but right down to the nitty gritty of how I live my own life. So I always appreciate constructive criticism, it helps me to grow, improve my products....and improve my Customer service.

Oh...and by the way, Lime Margarita headed your way!!

    XXWarm Regards, Colleen

Same here Eddie, I picked out 4 soaps that sounded great and then doubled up on a couple .... because I think my wife's planning on "liberating" one or two. The Oak & Moss and Highlander are going to be the first ones I try out but I'm hoping I at least get to sniff the Savon de Comte and Orange/Patchouli before they find their way to "her" bathroom.
Can't wait to see what Colleen's got planned for the new year, when the website gets up and running I have a feeling it'll be harder to narrow my choices to just three or four. She's the Willy Wonka of soaps.

Sure thing, maybe you can even develop a "fizzy lifting soap."

In the original movie, "Fizzy Lifting Drinks" were what Charlie and Grandpa Joe snuck a drink of that made them float up to the ceiling:

Charlie: "Grandpa help, I can't get down!"
Grandpa Joe: "Ya' gotta burp Charlie, it's the only way!"

Anyway, if it floats old codgers it should work wonders with beards.

Hello all just thought I would chime in and say I've been using the Lime Margarita for a couple weeks now and I love it. Colleen is the Willy Wanka of soap. Colleen you need to come out with some kids soaps that smell like chocolate, strawberry or something tasty and put toys buried into the soap to get them to wash their hands after they have been out playing in the dirt. Just an idea.

Got It!!! shoot, thats pretty funny!

Damon, I think you're an entrepreneur at heart....and you seem very familiar with the soapmaking world ?? They do have soaps just as you describe, and another fun one for kids is called a "fish in a bag". It looks exactly like the bag of fish you purchase from the pet store....I love them! I love all these ideas. But after the first year and a half making soap, and trying LOTS of different things....but not really focusing on one item or another, I became the "hamster on a wheel". Making lots of things, but going no where.

From a practical point of view, I realized that I would have to really focus on a minimum of products, and learn to do those to the best of my ability. I have learned the hard way that making soap and being in business as a soapmaker are two very different things!!

I am very hopeful that as I get a better foundation built for my business, by this time next year to have available some different items not available everywhere else. And I will certainly keep your suggestion in mind, it would be fun for kids, annnnddd it would be fun for me too!!!

    XXWarm Regards, Colleen
