I actually enjoy the "smell". The packaging not so much lol. I took a small plastic container and transferred a stick of arko into it

I have not purchased the stick yet. But the packaging is awesome in sort of a 50's cheesy sort of way. So I would buy it for the packaging. I might just fall in love with the product too.

Thanked: 62I bought the 15 sticks from Amazon. I have given a couple away to people I have introduced to wet shaving. The stuff makes a lather that is second to none. The smell is awful but the lather makes it worth it.

Ha haw, I love the smell and the wrapper is class in my mind! The price is great too so it's an all round champion in my eyes, personally I can't fault the stuff as it ticks all the boxes for me...

Thanked: 94I give Arko out as gifts to people who want to learn our fine art. I keep one in a tub ground up and one in stick form. I may finish them early spring of 2016....

i bought 2 sticks from tulumba and they shipped here pretty quick (im in california and tulumba is in brooklyn, ny)...i use arko often and have had the sticks for a good 5 or 6 months now...havent even made a dent in the first stick...i'd imagine 16 sticks would last about a good 20 years or so...ha!
