Thanked: 485Musgo real 'flavours'
I was browsing for stuff today and came across a heap of Musgo Real 'flavours'. I was only aware of the green and white tube, as well as the soap. Are the range of scents a new addition to the range? Seems possible that the formula has changed; no mention of SLS etc. Are the scents in Musgo Real new (orange, spiced citrus, lavender, lime oak moss) new or have I just not found them before? Any one tried them?
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Thanked: 1195Carl,
Looks like they are new. I found a link that has a good explanation of the scents. Sorry, I haven't tried any of the new ones so I can't comment on them directly.

Thanked: 485Yeah, thought so. Do you know if the 'old' version has Sodium Laureth Sulphates etc in it? I'm staying away from them...The ingredients on these seem to be reasonably 'natural'...

carlmaloschneider,
The Musgo Real Classic 'old' version did not contain 'SLS' or preservatives.
Aqua, Potassium Stearate, Sodium Palmitate, Glycerin, Coconut Acid, Parfum, Potassium Silicate, Coconut Oil, Lanolin, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel Extract), Buxus Chinensis (Jojoba oil), Alcohol, Menthol, CI 77007, CI 19140
(CI 77007 = Ultramarine Blue
CI 19140 = tartrazine) - gives the cream its green colour.
Have fun !
Best regards

Thanked: 485Well, what did I stop using it for, then?

It's the lanolin content that didn't agree with my face. Man, it must be like 99% pure lanolin in there!

I get that too with MWF (and had something similar with Musgo).
One of my best soaps, Creed, is made with lanolin, but it is one of the best ones for my face and gives me no trouble. I just don't get it. I had wondered if it's the amount of lanolin in it, but whatever the case it just feels fine!
