Thread: MacGyver Soap recipe?

ok so the combination of me being new, being excited, and having no idea what im doing has led me to being almost done with my one and only bar of shave soap a little more than 2 weeks before redeploying to the states. not enough time to order more shaving stuff online and the unique market and limited shelf space makes finding something as specific as shave soap or cream impossible at the BX. anybody got a combination of generic products that will unite to make a decent shaving soap/lather? i have surfed the googlemonster for a bit and it seems like the difference lies in the clay they use to make shave soap so is there some other kind of soap i could use that mirrors that ingredient? BX basically just has the foam in a can, some kind of electric razor gel, and some odd concoction called shave powder which according to the googlemonster is not for shaving but for bump control. any ideas? i really dont want to wait to get home......because im impatient!
