Re: Suggested Soap for a First Time Buyer
I've always had good luck with the VDH from Wal-mart as well as Wiliams. But I'd be lying if I didn't say the C. O. Bigelow from Bath and Body Works wasn't easier to work with. Also, you can't go wrong with any of Mama Bear's soaps as well.

Suggested Soap for a First Time Buyer
Stop by The Body Shop and pick up some C.O. Bigelow shaving cream. It's under $10 and I believe they are running a buy 2 get 1 free still. It whips up lather pretty easy and smells nice. Made by Proraso but rebranded for TBS.
There are tons of options out there, heck, even a stick of Arko would be good. At under $3 its got great cushion and will lather in just about any condition
Good luck and welcome!

So i ended up going with the SRD West Indies. Love the scent, cant get enough of it. Thinking of trying out some TOBS sandalwood as the next buy.
