Thanked: 1Do they make Shave Soap for women?
Good day, ladies and gents.
I've been shaving with a straight for a while now and SWMBO has been very supportive of my hobby. The other week she wanted to try my brush and soap on her legs. She liked it. Yesterday she used my straight and did pretty good. My question is whether there is shave soaps scented for women...meaning girlish or flowery scents. Also I was wondering if they made a pretty straight for women. I appreciate your advice.
Richard

Thanked: 2591There are floral scented soaps such as rose, and lavender. Sandal wood also IMO us a nice light scent that might be suitable for the ladies but I am not sure.
You can also post in the Ladies corner sub forum where you may get more specific responses.Stefan

Do they make Shave Soap for women?
I picked up some Rose shave stick from mamma bears soap and the mrs loves it. Plus much easier to use a shave stick in the shower for her.
Mamma Bears soap has a good selection, plus I think they take requests.

Not a soap as such but I did buy the AoS Rose shave cream which is (was?) marketed at women. Not sure if it still exists as AoS have pulled out of the market here in the UK.
I haven't heard of a shaving soap as such but you can definitely get shaving creams. In this day and age though, you don't actually need for it to be sold as "pour femme" as such, as this is all just marketing hype. Get a scent that she likes and use that

My wife really likes Proraso green for her legs. She does not use a SR though.
If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.

Do they make Shave Soap for women?
Ask my wife. She thinks that most of the ones that are being made are on the feminine side!
Don't even ask her about the aftershaves(:-)!

Mama bear at one point had a whole section dedicated to women. So even if she isn't still doing that she will problay be able to whip something up for you. Also honeybee soaps has some that would appeal to women and if you can't find one you like she has a bath soap line so she probably has the eo's to make you something if you ask.
